at Chicago Plants
Thursday August 22

with Emily and Nicole

Emily will guide a yoga class geared toward releasing tension brought on by seasonal shifts and moving toward feelings of calm strength through therapeutic grounding techniques.

This practice is accessible to beginners. Pregnant people and folks with chronic conditions are very much welcome, but please communicate these conditions with us. During a long savasana

(35 minutes), Nicole will apply needles to acupuncture points in order to balance and affect change within the whole body. This is a great opportunity for those new to acupuncture to get a short sample and for all to experience the blend of two ancient healing modalities.

*bring your own mat and any other bolsters, pillows or blankets you might need to lie  more comfortably.
