Emily has been teaching yoga in Chicago for 10 years and completed her 800 hr Yoga Therapist training through the Soul of Yoga school in San Diego in 2023. This certification gives her the knowledge to work more effectively with chronic conditions such as anxiety, depression, PTSD, cancer and pain. Emily strives to create a welcoming, enjoyable environment with accessible sequencing that each person can adjust to meet their own needs. Emily honors the indigenous roots of yoga and shares the practices from a place of respect and love.

ONE ON ONE PRIVATE SESSIONS

Personalized practices reflecting the needs of the student presented in a Yoga Therapy style beginning with an intake form and dosha quiz outside of meeting. The sessions are generally 60-75 minutes with up to 20 minutes chatting (checking in, emotional processing and student observations) and up to 50 minutes of practice (movement, breath and meditation). Sessions also include a post-practice check-in via email with the major points of the session listed. We offer private sessions on a sliding scale model and typically meet at virtually or at your chosen location. Please reach out for pricing info and to schedule. 

SMALL GROUP PRIVATE SESSIONS

Yoga classes are a fun and unique way to celebrate a birthday, a bachelorette party, etc.

 

The host will provide the space and we can travel to you for a base fee + $10 per person. Travel fee may apply.

Your payment includes arrival at least 15-minutes early, a 60-minute practice and staying 15-minutes after for any additional support.

Corporate Yoga is not only a great team-building activity, but also an option to help increase the importance of self-care, decrease work-related stress and ultimately increase your staff's sense of happiness, focus and productivity. We suggest shorter sessions of 30-45 minutes and can offer chair yoga if room does not allow for mats.​
