Celebrate the longer, warmer days of Spring with a weekend of relaxation, less than 2 hours from Chicago.
This Lake Michigan beach area provides a calming, secluded retreat
or enjoy all that nearby New Buffalo, Sawyer and Three Oaks has to offer.
Replenish your energy with four yoga practices and six nourishing, vegetarian meals
(vegan, gluten-free & allergy friendly options are available).
A chance to unwind and connect with yourself might be just what you need this season!

and screened in porch for yoga practices.
If weather allows, we may also practice outside.
You can fully enjoy being our guest, alongside nature and like-minded individuals.

Sample Schedule

  • Friday: rolling check-in & dinner from 5-7p

followed by an evening yoga practice

  • Saturday: breakfast bar

followed by a late-morning yoga practice,

free time in the afternoon, group dinner

and an evening yoga practice

  • Sunday: yoga and brunch, free time in the afternoon,

check out by 5p

*free time might include enjoying the house, outings to local farms, shops, beach walks, hiking in nearby warren dunes state park and other grounding activities

Each person attending will first pay $125 to reserve your spot and cover your cost of food and other house supplies. This should be paid through the WellnessLiving registration software and
down payments are accepted until all spots are filled.
After registration, Emily will reach out to communicate room arrangements,
but you may also reach out with room requests prior to registration.
Room payments will go through Check, Venmo or Paypal
and can be split into two payments.

We will be looking for someone to be our assistant at this retreat.

In exchange for a $100 room discount, the assistant will help us with meal setup and cleanup, taking pictures and keeping the yoga space tidy and organized.

Priority will go to a yoga teacher who is interested in running retreats of their own

or to someone with a more limited budget.

We require that all retreat participants are vaccinated and and if you do test positive for covid before the retreat, you are responsible for filling your spot as we cannot guarantee a full refund.

Please let us know ASAP if you can no longer come, because we will help as much as possible to fill the spot and get your refund! We will spend plenty of time outside and socially distance inside the house as much as possible. 

We ask that you come with an open mind and heart. Participating in the weekend as a compassionate observer and listener, free from judgement of the self and others.

You do not need to have any specific yoga or meditation experience to attend and variations of the practices will be given, with accessibility always in mind.
