Get a taste of a yoga retreat without leaving Chicago! Anna & Emily are excited to announce their first local event, Yoga Friendsgiving Sunday November 13th. We will meet at ALTAR Community in Logan Square for a grounding, accessible yoga class followed by a nourishing, vegetarian dinner. Celebrate the simplistic act of being together, supported by community, practice and food; All are things we can be grateful for!

4:00 - 4:30p check-in, enjoy warming tea, relax and set up for yoga

*be sure to arrive by 4:15p*

4:30 - 5:45p yoga

5:45 - 7:30p 3-course dinner, tea and mocktails, dessert
